The SEA QUEEN FLEET office team members come from different backgrounds, bringing together diverse skill sets. However, we all have one thing in common - a genuine and passionate interest in the Red Sea! And we aim to provide our clients with the best live-aboard experience. |
| Karim Fayed – Managing Director |
Karim founded the company and has many years experience in managing diving centres and liveaboard safaris. As a Master Scuba Diver Trainer and PADI Instructor, Karim has extensive knowledge in diving the Red Sea. |
| Doro Reinecke - Reservations |

| Doro has lived and worked in Sharm for many years and has extensive knowledge of the Red Sea. She is responsible for all bookings and is happy to answer any queries or enquiries in English or German |

| Operations Team |
|
| The SEA QUEEN FLEET operations team members are responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the boats. They are responsible for the logistics and up-keep of the boats. |
| Mahmoud Khatab – Operations Manager |

| Mahmoud has been with the Company since its inception in 1993. He has many years of experience in boat building and maintenance. Mahmoud looks after SEA QUEEN FLEET maintenance as well as building new boats. Mahmoud also manages the SEA QUEEN FLEET workshop in dry dock. |
| Nasser Bakry – Logistics Manager, Sharm |

| Nasser has been with the Company since 2004. He is responsible for the logistics of the boats operating out of Sharm and Dahab. He manages the Sharm-based boat crews and liaises with the marine police for permissions and all legal documentation. |
| Said Gad El Rab – Logistics Manager, Hurghada |

| Said has been with the Company since it was founded in 1993. He is responsible for the logistics of the boats operating out of Hurghada and Marsa Ghalib. He manages the Hurghada-based boat crews and liaises with the marine police for permissions and all legal documentation. |
| Boat Crews and Dive Guides |
|
Each boat has its own Boat Captain and a crew of helpers who assist him including a chef and deck hands. Our boat crews are all experienced and have an in-depth knowledge of the Red Sea.
The SEA QUEEN FLEET has a team of full-time experienced dive guides comprised of qualified instructors and dive masters. All the dive guides are familiar with the Red Sea and are able to guide in different languages depending on the nationality of the on-board guests. |
